Shipping is carried out by our logistics partner DHL or an equivalent shipping service provider.

Germany:

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days (usually, if we are informed of delays, we will contact you)

  • Flat rate shipping: €4.95 for orders under €69

  • Free shipping: For orders over 69 €

Shipping to the following European countries:
Flat rate shipping costs: 14.95 €
Delivery is available to the following countries:

  • Austria

  • Denmark

Delivery time Europe:
Delivery time is typically 6-16 business days , depending on the destination country. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to the shipping company.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days .

Return costs (within Germany):

  • The return costs are borne by the buyer

Returns from abroad:
The return costs from abroad are generally borne by the buyer.

Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Express surcharges or special shipping methods are excluded from the refund.
