Returns & Complaints at Enni's Shop

📦 Return of goods

If the goods are damaged, please inform us immediately after receipt of the goods and send us photos of the damaged items to kundenservice@ennis-shop.de.

After your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days to the following address:

The goods do not have to be in their original packaging (ideally, this would be ideal), but they should be well protected so that they arrive to us undamaged.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a store. In the event of excessive wear or damage, we reserve the right to reimburse the buyer .


💸 Return costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless, of course, the return is defective.
Upon request, we will provide you with a return label – the cost (€6.40) will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

💰 Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you:

  • The purchase price of the returned items

  • The standard shipping costs of your original order (not express or additional options)

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt or proof of return.

❌ Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for the following items:

  • Sealed goods (e.g. hygiene products) if their seal has been removed

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital or physical vouchers after redemption
